We hired Creative Edge earlier this summer (summer 2018) and have been extremely satisfied with the experience. Dave (and Heather in the office) have been in regular communication with each step of the process. We were told the pool would take 6-8 weeks for full installation but they were done well before that and we have been able to use the pool this summer although we didn’t start the process until the first week of July.
I am a first time pool owner so I have had several questions and both Dave and Heather have responded quickly via calls, texts and emails. Our family is very happy with the process and look forward to enjoying this pool for many years.
People are always quick to write a complaint but not a compliment. I have worked with creative edge pools and spa a family operated business for 15 years. I have nothing but positive things to say. If for some reason a service call couldn’t be scheduled right away, Heather or Dave would call me or text me and walk me through what I could do myself in the meantime.

We couldn’t possibly be happier with our new pool! Our custom rock wall and waterfall design by Peter was expertly implemented by Dave and Bob. Our pool’s unique shape and natural design evolved during the project and the Creative Edge team was always more than willing to listen to our ideas and make them a reality. I had many pool estimates and most companies recommended a Liner Pool because we live in New England. I wanted a Gunite Pool. I only had one person actually sketch what I would end up with for my limited space and that was Dave from Creative Edge Pools. If you want a Gunite Pool in New England, it’s not a problem as long as you have a company that knows what they are doing and that would be Dave from Creative Edge Pools. Every step of the way was quality. I have never had a pool installed but would not hesitate to highly recommend Creative Edge Pools and Spa, Inc. We got exactly what we were expecting.

Was extremely impressed with Creative Edge Pools. I don’t understand the bad review on here. This company is very professional never had any issues. A few delays but to be expected we do live in new england the weather can get crazy. The out come was just a I had imagined. My family and I are enjoying every minute of it. Highly recommend Creative Edge Pools. Dave, the owner, was awesome. We feel like we have our own private resort in our back yard . The family run company was easy to deal with and they delivered on everything they promised and more .
We want to share our positive experience with Creative Edge Pools. This was the first pool we have ever built after buying our new home. As anyone, we looked at various pool companies. What impressed us the most was the owner Dave came and met with us and reviewed the whole process. They had a designer who sketched the plans (we framed it and have it in our sun room today), They reviewed everything step by step. The contract was very detailed and we made sure we read it before we signed it. Every event and commitment was met and payment was rendered after the service was completed. We did not experienced any surprises other then the weather (it’s tricky having a pool build starting in March). They even extended the property line by using the soil that was dug up. They used rocks for landscaping design that they dug up, including the diving rock (which was perfect). Dave, the owner personally dug the pool and came to the site regularly to check its progress. He answered his phone or e-mail whenever we had a question. He still does even after the pool was built as they continued to service it. We are extremely pleased with the quality and the service of Dave and his staff. We would highly recommend Creative Edge Pools to anyone who’s thinking of building a pool. Our only regret is that we did not include a spa, but that’s on us. We are willing to speak and write any recommendations needed for those that still need confirmation, Our pool is gorgeous, we get many compliments from friends and family, specially the slide that’s surrounded by rocks that’s next to the waterfall. Completely exceeded our expectations. It’s like having a summer home outside your backdoor. Thank you for making our dreams come true.

We had such a challenging, hilly and uneven backyard that other pool companies had told us that we could install only a small-size pool. Creative Edge Pool has such expertise in land and pool design that they were not only able to put a large pool in our yard, but were also able to include an infinity edge and swim-up bar as part of the design. Their flexibility and ease to work with (I changed the design of the pool several times during the process) is unparalleled and truly separates them from their competition.
